Marlene , You were one of the people I have had the pleasure to meet in my life that has left a lasting memory in my head even tho its been 25 years or more.
You were so positive ,pleasant and such a nice person.
Your family and friends must be heartbroken.
I pray for fast healing for them and have a lump in my throat and a tear.

So sorry to hear of Marlene's passing. I have missed her smiling face at the beach these last few years. We became friends as I always tried to be her first visitor in the spring, and last visitor in the fall. The beach hasn't been the same without her. Rest in Peace Marlene, you have earned your reward.

So sad to hear of Marlene's passing - she was a special person. When I was in Gr. 9 and she was in Grade 10 at Beamsville High School we met through a mutual friend. we caught up again when we carpooled together to Hamilton. we lost touch for a few years and then met again when Terry and Alan played travel softball and Sherie and Lisa skated at the old arena. Both my children remember everything about Marlene especially the pool parties at their home on Mountainview Rd. Marlene and I would cross paths many times over the years since then and just picked up where we left off. she will be missed - RIP Mar.
