My deepest sympathy to all who loved her as I did. I always looked forward to a chat with Beth at the tuck shop and was inspired by her belief. I will miss her.

Beth was a dear friend of both my late sister Ivy and me. We explored more places every Saturday with Beth chauffeuring us and ending up having supper somewhere. A group of us also had lunch every Wednesday until Ivy was no longer able to go. I’ll always appreciate our last outing going to Toronto to see “Come From Away” about a month ago. It will remain a special memory. A true and good friend from way back in the 50’s. Rest peacefully with God.

Beth was so very kind to my parents James and Ann Vold when they lived in Toronto and as a girl growing up I recall Beth being very kind to me and when we had my mom's funeral a little over a year ago...Beth was especially kind and calm with my only daughter and her husband. To me she represented the best in character, kindness and compassionate life. May she enjoy fully her reward for service well done...Bless you Beth...

My friendship with Beth lasted 78 years, starting with the very early years of Calvary Church and recently with the compiling of The Calvary Church Memoirs. Her commitment to serving others has helped so many who needed rides to church or just time out from the confinement of the four walls.
I will miss her exuberance and hearty laughter.
She definitely left the world a better place

I spoke to Beth a few days before and she was so full of life and ready to meet the Lord at any moment if He was willing. What a treasure she will be.

Beth was a fantastic person. The last time I saw her, she was not feeling her best but she still focused on what she could do for my family and I. We felt her prayers over the years. She was one of the most faithful and loving people I have ever known. Our world is less because of her loss but I know she is in God's hands.

I only recently met up with Beth. However, we knew many people in common as we attended Calvary for a number of years. I appreciated her smile and that spunk she displayed! I will miss seeing her around here. Our condolences to her family!

I have never met or known Beth Johnson but what a pleasure it is to read of a life so well lived in the presence of God. Your memories of her are uplifting and I wish the family much grace as you are unable to celebrate in the customary way at this moment but clearly, her legacy will live on in many of you as you have learned from her example.

Beth was a dear friend to our family and we enjoyed time spent with her. She loved our cocker spaniel Penny, and would offer to dog sit whenever she could. We always enjoyed meeting her at Charles Daley park on music nights and we had a good visit while listening to the music. She was always encouraging and we loved to laugh together over life’s funny things. We will miss her and she was much loved. We are thrilled she is with Jesus and look forward to seeing her in Heaven.

I'm so thankful to have connected with Ms Beth Johnson as a local pastor here in NOTL in the last 3 years. She knew my grandparents and so she was always willing to stop and chat for a bit and attended the coffee times we put on at Pleasant Manor. Her beautiful smile always lit up my day. I'm thankful that she gets to see her precious Saviour face-to-face. I sincerely offer my condolences to family & friends as you grieve, remember, and celebrate a life well-lived.

Dear Johnston family - Ona and I would like to express our sympathy to you all. Beth was a good friend from Calvary Church. She visited with my late aunt Lilly Lambert and cousin Betty Lambert, delivering library books to read and always stayed for a little chat and lunch. She always asked about our family and took an interest in them. We will miss her, but we know she is with her personal Lord and Saviour. George & Ona McIntosh
