Dear Dave, Katie and Mat, and Barb,
We want to share our sincere condolences on the loss of Stephanie -- your deeply loved wife and best friend, your loving mom and your wonderful daughter -- much too early in her life. Stephanie always had a special gleam in her eye when we visited you and we could always tell that she was the heart of your family, so proud of Katie and Mat and so easily able to bring a smile to Dave’s face. She showed such great courage as she faced her illness over the past year. We hope that your memories of her will keep her alive in your hearts.
All our love, Ken and Odette

Stephanie and I worked together at the St.Clair Paints in the Fairview Mall many years ago. She always lit up the room, a fabulous laugh and had a positive attitude. No matter how hard the work or how difficult the customer, Stephanie always had a beautiful smile. I was so sad when I opened the paper this morning to see that Stephanie had passed, heaven has another beautiful Angel.

When I started working at McDonalds a few years ago I met Steph. She was one of the funnest ladies to work with. Little did I know she was Matthew and Katie's mom. When I went over one night to hang out with Matthew after work, I walked in and she said "What are you doing here?" And I responded with the same thing. Then I clued in. Since then we'd always say to eachother, at work and or whenever I'd go over to hang out or pick Matthew up.

Our hearts are broken and we are sad’
Many good times and laughs we had!
Ohh, how I remember your favorite song,
Reminiscing as we sang along.
Maybe it was Sweet Caroline or a Blue Rodeo tune,
Or Neil Young singing “Harvest Moon”.
We will ensure to keep your memory alive,
Not hearing your laughter, we’ll feel deprived.
Your zest for life is etched in our minds,
Your loving spirit will continue to shine.
We had talks about our kids and what’s important in life,
You picked a great husband and he a great wife.
You raised beautiful children in a house full of love,
Now you can continue to guide them from above.
We stayed true friends being miles apart,
We laughed, cried, and poured out our hearts.
Belly laughs and sipping on a glass of wine,
Hanging out with you was this simple all of the time.
Heaven may be your soul’s new address,
Suffering no longer and finally at rest.
You are not gone, just gone before,
We’ll meet again when we knock on Heavens’ door!
There is never a goodbye to those we hold dear,
I raise a glass, my friend, and say cheers!
Love your Raven Redheaded Philly friend! I love you and will miss you dearly!

You will never be forgotten. You created me, raised me, gave me a reason to smile. You are the reason we carry on, our family’s backbone. You are so beautiful and the light of my life. You were so strong and optimistic all throughout your life.. even when faced with a battle I couldn’t imagine how much you went through, or how much it took to still carry the biggest smile in the house. You gave everything you could to us as long as I’ve known you.. You are everything I aspire to be. You have a heart of gold. My best memories are with you♥️ Thank you for absolutely everything mumsie♥️

I remember Steph's laugh and sense of humour. She loved to tease and laugh with her family. She has been fighting this battle for over a year. She always remained joyful and kind.
