Wonderful memories of always the warmest of welcomes at the Sanos'. In particular Mrs. Sano's most generous and gracious freshly baked treats for any random Hallowe'en trick-or-treaters who came to their home remain for me a very memorable part of growing up as a young boy in Vineland Station.
My sympathies to Eric who I knew best and to everyone in the family.

I have such wonderful memories as a high school teen on the HRIO summer student crew and Mrs. Sano was in charge of us. I knew my sister Talita and I had the best summer job ever, and part of the reason was Mrs. Sano! She had a gentle firmness that made us want to do our best work for her too! My condolences to her family. She was a great lady!! I know you will miss her...treasure the memories!

It is with deepest sympathy to Sally's family that I note her passing in her 99th year. I will always remember that warm smiling face as one of those that welcomed me to HRIO and Canada. She and Jimmy were such an important part of those that worked at the Vineland Experiment Station. Neil Miles

Our deepest sympathy to the Sano Family.
What a great lady!
As kids on Hallowe'en we always made Sano's our last stop.
There we would play with Rod and share some of our candy with him,
but mainly we were there for some of Sally's homemade fudge.
No one else made fudge like Sally. She was a great cook.
She will be sadly missed as a long time resident in our community.
Keep Safe and Healthy
