Dear Elaine, Mike, Brian & Allison, and family,
So sorry for your loss of Roy... Yesterday at the Grimsby Church of Christ, folks were telling me that Roy had been a member there at one point in time, and then I recall my student days worshipping at Fennell many years ago when Roy and Audrey were leaders of the growing congregation, with Roy as one of the strong songleaders. Most recently, I was the family chauffeur for Aunt Myrna Smart (of the St. Catharines congregation) to help with transportation arrangements when she was enjoying "church dates" with Roy. They enjoyed good times together during a lonely part of Myrna's life.
Glad to know that Roy is no longer suffering and at peace.
Take good care of yourselves and God Bless your family,
Cyndy Allcock

We first met Roy and Audrey and their family when we went to Hamilton to work with the Fennell Avenue Church of Christ. Over the years we have enjoyed the relationships that were established back then. Our paths have crossed in numerous ways over the years and we cherish the ties we share with you. While we are saddened by Roy's passing, we rejoice that he is now at rest and peace. May God bless you all. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Uncle Roy loved to sing! Whenever we were together someone would bring out the Hymn Books, and Uncle Roy was ready to jump in and request that we sing "When All of God's Singers Get Home". What a blessing! Our thoughts and prayers are with you all, dear cousins. We wish we could be there with you as you celebrate your dad's life. We love you all!
