I would just like to express my condolences to all of you. Anna's presence at Heritage Place had a special significance to me. Always gracious, although quiet, she seemed to accept me as a new presence in her world with a nod, a smile and perhaps, some affection. I'm sorry for your loss and please know that Anna will be missed.
