Rich and family. I remember your mom as an incredibly classy lady. As a child I use to visit Mrs.Tasanes mom in what I called the gingerbread house. If I could not find her I would invite myself over to your moms house. She always made time for me even though I am sure she many other things to do then entertain a 7 year old. She use to come over for a swim in our pool in her gorgeous flowered bathing cap and do the breast stroke up and down the pool.
As an adult when I would return to St.Catharines to visit my mom we would go down memory lane and drive to Gregory Rd and pop in on your mom. Each time I returned I tried to arrange a scheduled visit with your mom. The best China came out and she would prepare a lovely lunch and we would have a wonderful visit. As my moms health deteriorated and we arranged a visit with your mom, my mom was unable to walk into your house and your mom so graciously brought out three of the dinning room chairs and the three of us had a visit on your front step.
What a true lady. Wonderful memories of fabulous neighbors on Gregory Rd.
