Dear Agnes and Labrie family. We want to extend our sincere condolences to you in the loss of your beloved father and husband.
May you find comfort in the assurance that he is now in Glory, where a place was prepared for him in the Father's House by his Savior and Lord and where he is now praising Him constantly. Also that we may be certain that death is only a temporary separation from loved ones and that we will see them again in the Heaven. What a privilege that you were allowed to have him so long and that you were able to help your parents for so many years as he almost became a centenarian.
With our love, Jane and Bill Lensink

I worked at UMH in the activity department (due to COVID I have not been there since February), and every time I saw Jacob I said, "If it isn't my favorite Dutchman?" He always got such a kick out of that. Being of Dutch descent myself, we had a special bond. He loved to talk about how he was nearing turning 100, or tell me about Holland and his family. He will be missed, but it is such a joy to know his love of the Lord and how he is now home with Jesus. May your family hold closely to his assurance of faith in these trying days. I will miss being able to read scripture with him and hear his stories.
