So sad to read of Mary Lou's passing. I remember when she loved to be part of the Grimsby downtown scene Saturday evenings and, for several years, was honoured to be the one to drive her home after every establishment closed. When I learned she was walking in the wee hours all the way home I told her she was never to do that again and I would always take her. In fact, she would hunt me down for the ride, always making me laugh. In those days, she lived just east of Bartlett and on those drives we had some great conversations. Over the ensuing years we would chance upon each other and I always got the biggest smile. Spread those wings now Mary Lou and I'm sure there's an air drum kit waiting for you in heaven. Play them loud so we can all hear you!
