I knew Margaret from my early years growing up in the Campden Church. She was always found in the choir loft each Sunday as she often was the featured soloist. In fact she was the soloist at my wedding in 1967. I found her picture recently at the wedding where she looked very stylish in her little white gloves. ( so 1967). Always a lady and always beautifully dressed.
As a youngster I would see Marg as she arrived home from her day teaching as I would be at her house, where her mother was my piano teacher.
Margaret was a part of a small community where we all knew each other, back in the day. As a young teen I was impressed by her talents in music and her friendly personality towards me.
I am sorry to hear of her passing. Rest In Peace Margaret.
