Ed, Andrea, Cody and Kyle. I am so saddened with Sheryl’s passing. I so wish I could be with you all today. I will forever remember the good times. Especially at family get togethers. Those memories are filled with laughter mainly from Sheryl’s sarcastic shots and jokes. I so loved her sense of humour! On behalf of my family I want to extend my condolences to your family. Love Michelle, Brad, Sarah and Amy

Ed and family. As kids back in Grimsby the Laverdiere clan would often get together at Uncle Roger and Aunt Sylvie's house. Sheryl was a year younger than me but we had lots of memories as kids playing in the pool, running around, trying to keep out of the adult's way. Very sorry for your loss, Janice and Dave King

Childhood friends,
Years have put space between us and now you seem so far.
Childhood promises never seem to stick.
What would happen in the future. We were not aware.
No more playing in the back yard.
Growing up sure makes being friends hard.
Maybe destiny will hopefully let us meet again.
Until then this is a letter to an old friend.
Our thoughts go out to the whole family. Love Jo-Ann & Mike Price

Ed, we only met recently when I spent time with my mom, Helen Dirksen, at the United Mennonite Home. You always took the time to ask how my mom was doing and were so kind when we met during her final days last week....thank you. I watched your devotion to your beautiful wife and saw how you gently cared for her. I am so sorry for your loss and extend my sympathy and condolences to you and your family.

Sheryl
I met you back in 1980 ish through a mutual friend (Yo). We all laughed, cried, had ups & downs, time lapses in our long friendships ( included Sheryl & I moving away for years at a time).
Sheryl, always made sure she took care of family, friends, and community with such zest.
Oh, I could go on but that can be for the family to now hear.
So my friend it's time to rest, this is not goodbye, it's see ya, when we see ya❤
To her lovely partner Ed and family, all of her memories will live on forever in everyone's heart. May you take comfort in the huge life Sheryl got to lead. Love always Wendy Momberg Jones xxoo
