Obituary of Vivien Rochelle Shortt

SHORTT - Vivien Rochelle

Mom passed away peacefully on March 20, 2021 at McNally house in Grimsby, ON. Mom was born April 18, 1951 in London, England before emigrating to Canada on September 30, 1965.

Mom was an incredible woman. She was stubborn and sarcastic, but always caring, supportive and full of love.  She was always able to look at the positives and brought out the best in everyone she met. Along her journey, she made many friends which will only have fond memories of the time they spent together.

There are no words to describe the incredible loss many of us feel at this moment, but we live on with the many memories we will cherish for a lifetime.

Vivien was predeceased by her mother and father (Phyllis nee Keep and Patrick culling) and her brother Patrick.

She is survived by her son, Michael and her daughter in law, Daniella, her brother John and wife Cindy, her step sister Lorraine; her grandchildren Chelsey and Abigayle, her uncle Michael Keep and partner Isobel, her dearest friend Josie Clark and her nieces and nephews.

Private family service will be held on Wednesday, March 24th, 2021 at 11:00am with cremation to follow.

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to McNally House Hospice.
