Liisu was like a second mother to me. I remember fondly working on her farm, and after a hard day of cutting and baling hay, being greeted by kindness, warmth and, of course, lots of good, tasty Estonian food. She and Arnold were friends with my parents, so I saw her often. In later life, after the farm was gone, and my parents passed away, we still got together frequently, enjoying each others company, even though we were from two different generations. She was a wonderful, good friend and I already miss her very much.

Liisu was a warm kind hearted generous lady who loved people. She loved to talk about her farm and her family and about where she was born and raised in Estonia. Always had time to chat. Loved to have company and people around . Always so appreciative of anything you did for her. Liisu will be missed, but now she is pain free and reunited with her loved ones. Rest in Peace Liisu.

I delivered Liisu's prescriptions for years . She was a dear sweet lady who loved her sisters dearly . She spoke about her farm in St.Anns and all the children who use to come stay there .
I missed her when she left her apartment .
