Cindy and I connected in university. We had some amazing experiences together. I remember her calling me when she had her babies. Such wonderful memories. I say her a few days before she passed and she had such grace as she tried to console me and told me she loved me. What a wonderful person. Sending love to the family. xoxoxo

I just found out about Cindy's passing last week, and I cant get her off my mind. My deepest, heartfelt condolences to her entire family and friends, and everyone that has been touched by her loss. I knew her through work, as a contact for our IVIG/SCIG patients and I always looked forward to hearing from her and meeting up with her in person. She had the sweetest and friendliest personality and it was so easy to chat with her. The world has lost a wonderful soul, but heaven needed her more... Sleep with angels beautiful Cindy.

Our condolences to Tim and Cindy’s family. Our best memory of Cindy was watching Claire’s performance at the Pyramid Caberet in Winnipeg (she was so proud). Cindy was so dedicated to the health and well-being of all the HAE patients who she cared for. She relentlessly advocated for us with passion and never gave up. We loved having her stay at our home and was looking forward to visiting her new home one day.

To Andrew and the rest of the Frazer Family,
My deepest condolences and may Cindy Rest in Peace.
From what I've learned, Cindy was very career and family oriented with success on both fronts. Those values are apparent in your character Andrew as a thoughtful, charismatic, and kind individual (as well as one being of the best bankers I've come to have the pleasure of knowing) and Cindy did a good job instilling them in you.
Wish you all the best in this difficult time,
Cole Farrish

Heartfelt condolences to the Frazer family. Thoughts and prayer are with you during this time of adversity.
Cindy was a wonderful colleague who was fully committed to meeting patient needs, a great friend and a beautiful soul. One of my fondest memories is of Cindy taking time out from her hectic meetings schedule when at CSL office to come to my desk for a big hug and hello. We would catch up on family affairs, talk about fashion (shoes and boots were a hot topic), interior design and whatever else came up in conversation. She would also borrow a bit of hairspray, lip-gloss or any other item she may have forgot to pack before heading back to the meeting room.
Receiving a text notification from Cindy that she was coming to Ottawa always made my day!
Cindy was a breath of fresh air and had a glass half-full attitude about life that brought great energy to any relationship. She will be missed more than words can express.

Tim and Family
My memories go back to our CECS days. I believe it was 1982 when I had the pleasure of meeting both of you, and watching you fall in love. I so remember Cindy's laugh and smile. We bumped into each other on occasion over the years and quickly got caught up. I'm sure that she was a great mother, wife and friend and I am confident that all of those who knew her will never forget the same smile and laugh that I still remember 40 years later. My thoughts and prayers go out to Tim, their children and all those who loved Cindy.

My heart goes out to Tim, Clare, Andrew and Leah. Cindy was an extraordinary mother, friend, worker(!)and role model. What a privilege it was to know her. She has shown great courage, determination, and compassion throughout her life. And...she was such fun! Cindy was very proud....justifiably so, of her three children. The Toronto Children's Chorus benefitted enormously from her leadership and devotion to that organization. Thank you Tim for the powerful love you have shown to her, particularly in these seven very challenging months.
We look forward to attending her memorial service at MUC and celebrating her life.
May she rest in peace, and may God hold the family in His arms.
Sending you all our love,
Don and Jean

Frazer Family, your mom brought me, a quiet teen into your family to babysit you three durning the summer while your mom & dad were hard at work. She would tell me “don’t talk to anyone else, I don’t want them to steal you away”, lol she knew it was hard to find a good babysitter she could trust with her babies. She was always making sure we had fun, but not at the cost of your education. Ensuring you always did your assigned work, I think it was hooked on phonics if I remember correctly. At the time I didn’t know what she did for a living but was inspiring to me to see a strong female who was raising 3 beautiful children and in my eyes was so successful in her career. She always took good care of me and made me feel welcome. I know you miss her so much and I hope some of these memories makes you smile.

Ruth and I truly saddened and shocked by sudden passing of our very own Cindy Frazer. Cindy was a brave women. After knowing her for over 15 years, I knew that Cindy would fight hard to defeat this dreaded disease, and she did that for seven months. I had the pleasure of working with Cindy and I was amazed by her vibrant personality, sincerity and passion for life, family, friends and colleagues. It was my great honour to know her. Although she is not with us, she will be greatly missed by all who knew her. RIP Cindy! Ruth & Rajan Masih

Andrew, Tim, Clarence and Leah. Our sincere and very sad condolences to you all. We enjoyed so many fun occasions together with Cindy in Wolfville, watching the boys play football at Acadia with great success. I particularly recall a post game dinner at Paddy's where the beer flowed and the singing ensued. Cindy was all smiles. Stunningly beautiful person in every way. I am comforted with the friendship Andrew and Tom have continued.

Dear Tim and family,
I was so grateful to have been able to see Cindy last Friday. When I was there I couldn't contain myself as a tear fell down my cheek. I apologized and, in Cindy style, she consoled me saying "it's ok" and then she leaned in for a kiss and a hug. Always thinking of others and trying to spare our feelings.
I met Cindy in University and the high light of university was, and always will be, our trip to Florida by bus. This if course was her idea and the antics we got into... And then of course there was the sports banquet... If it wasn't for Cindy I wouldn't have met my husband. So many memories.
Will miss my buddy. She will leave a void in my life.
Love, kisses and hugs to her family.

After nearly 30 years as a friend, I have witnessed many aspects of Cindy’s life, as a wife, a mother, a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a daughter- in-law, a co worker and a friend and She was unequalled in everything she did. She inspired me in every way, the quiet way she worked in the background, never seeking attention or praise and accomplishing everything she set out to do. She will always hold a very special place in the hearts of everyone who was lucky enough to know her. So thankful that she was a big part of my life. My condolences to her family, she will truly be missed.

Yung was a sister I never had. She was strong, compassionate, and smart. She had a passion for connecting with people and was ever an optimist. We always chuckled she ran the Frazer household with firmness and (some) benevolence, and certainly her legacy will be her children who have already made their own impacts and developed their own passions, with each sibling having a slightly different and special mix of her personality and character. She cherished both her Korean culture and her extended family. Of course, her granddaughter Myla was her special one. Her best friend was her hubby, and so uniquely Yung-Yi, she took the first step - she wasn't waiting for Tim to get around to ask her out. The ensuing bond was wonderful. Yung was always willing to jump in the car to visit / see a kid in action or drop in on friends and family. With her lead foot, the road trip moved quickly when Mario Mama was behind the wheel. She likely has some sort of world record for talking herself out of speeding tickets. Lucie and I greatly enjoyed our visits and travels with Tim and Yung. She was one of those unique friends where there was no drama in your friendship; every call or get-together simply picked up where it left off. I will miss here dearly but am comforted with seeing her in her family and knowing her spirit is eternal.
