Uncle John, JR, Red…. You were the voice of Santa Claus to my sons and one of my favourite Irishmen of all time. I will miss our phone calls for you were one of the few who laughed at my Irish sense of humour. Even when your voice failed your laughter never dimmed and we both knew I can talk enough for two people. With you there is no sad Goodbye - only memories filled with smiles and laughter. Ruthie xox

The last night we talked, we were making arrangements to meet at church on Sat. You were not sure you’d be there but I told you not to worry, that if I didn’t see you there, I’d drop in after mass. We said our goodbyes and shared a few memories than we hung up. Every time I said goodbye, I wasn’t sure if it was for the last time. You’ll always be in my heart and prayers. I will miss you dearly but knowing from our talks you were ready to meet Jesus, just makes it a bit easier to let go. You will be truly missed. Love Moe
