Elvin passed away peacefully on Friday, July 16, 2021, at the age of 85, at Hospice Niagara.  He was predeceased by his loving wife Irene, and leaves behind his four children, Ron, Jan, Stephen, Brian (Patty); four grandchildren, Matthew, Tara Lynn, Jennifer and Mya; his sister Alice (George); nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his brother Henry and sister Nettie.  
Elvin was a hardworking self-employed businessman.  Upon retirement he enjoyed volunteering for Meals on Wheels, and liked to do woodworking in his spare time. May he rest in peace.

A Graveside Service will be held at Niagara Lakeshore Cemetery, 1483 Lakeshore Road, Niagara-on-the-Lake on Wednesday, July 21 at 1:00pm. Family and friends are all welcome to attend.
