Dear Zukowski Family
Although I didn't know your uncle Ed, I do remember hm and his parents who had a farm on Quarry Road. My parents would visit with us in tow, and as children we sat quietly in the front room listening to the happy conversations. On one occasion my father and Ed's father walked us over to the back of the property where there was a snow covered hill and we went tobogganing there. As kids the hill looked huge, but it probably wasn't.
We always received a Christmas card from 'the Zukowski family' and when Ed's parents passed, Ed sent a Christmas card every year to my mother, Antonina Trach who lived on Sann Road, and signed it 'Ed Zukowski'. His card always brought back memories of visiting the Zukowski family.
