Obituary of Gordon George Svicenec (Kerec)

Svicenec, Gordon - It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our dear brother Gordon George Kerec on Friday August 13, 2021.  Loving son of Lorna Kerec and the (late) Bill Kerec.  He leaves behind his son Christopher Kerec, brother Curtis Kerec and sisters Sharon (Michael) Monti, Donna Kerec, Maureen (John) Beckett. 

Gordon was born in Edmonton, Alberta and moved to Hamilton, Ontario many years ago.  He will always be remembered for his kind heart, smile and laughter.  He was the most kind hearted brother, and loved his music, Deep Purple was his favourite band as a young teenager. 

Gordon loved the outdoors and sitting by a campfire.  Gordon kept in shape by biking all over Hamilton.  We will miss his smile and laughter.  Gordon will be greatly missed.  The love and memory of you, Gordon, shall never pass.  Always loved and remembered. A private family gathering will be held to cherish his memories.
