Great Aunt Norma was a bright light in our lives. She had such a positive outlook on life! She told me that her sister always said, “You have to have acceptance.” She truly lived her life that way. She was a kind loving person and you felt happy just being around her.
Aunt Norma will always hold a special place in our hearts and we were blessed to have her in our lives.
Love Tony and Sue Dempsey and family.

I always hoped to get one more phone call to Norma. She was my connection to the Barber and Comfort families. The expressions by her closest friends all ring a truth about her warmth and individuality. Enjoyment of her character and personality was a constant pleasure.
Regrets that Covid19 prevented visits this last while. Condolences to family and all who enjoyed her friendship. Her positive attitude was inspiring along with the interest she displayed in others.
I hope her last days were peaceful and believe her presence in the universe beyond what we know will enlighten a new dignity, for her.

Norma radiated spirit and enthusiasm that touched everyone in very inspirational manner. Young at heart may be the expression, and she unwaveringly embodied authenticity and energy that unquestionably touched your sensibilities. Norma was quick to find positivity in the world, embraced life with all the presented circumstances, and emanated happiness. These are rare people we deeply cherish as they remind us to celebrate the joy of living and we are inherently uplifted in their presence. Norma would probably discharge such compliments, and this makes her persona even more special. A remarkable person that touched others for the better, not by design, simply with her spirit.

She was family, a dear friend, a favourite aunt, a confidante and just a good loving woman !
We shared so much ...... family times, trips and many, many lovely phone visits.
She will be missed but never forgotten. She was a hard worker and a great hostess.
Her niece, Joan, called every evening ---- such devotion !
Bruce and Debbie Conlon never faltered in the care and needs of Norma.
Now you are together again with Percy, Norma. Your joy and love for each other is reflected
in that lovely picture !
Rest in Peace, dear friend.
Love, Lorene (Toots), Dennis and family.

Norma was my GREAT Aunt. She was a very classy lovely lady. She was married to my Mother Lorene’s Uncle Percy. He and Aunt Norma just adored each other and always had smiles on their faces. This would become infectious when you were with them. My parents spent a lot of time with them because they held a very special place in their heart. Now when we think of Aunt Norma we will smile. Much Love

Some people come into Ours lives for a short time. Norma will be a part of Our lives forever
Norma has given us wisdom. One of her favourite sayings
“ You have to have acceptance”.
Norma always made you smile and a good laugh with every visit or call. Norma definitely had a mischievous side and that showed up till her last days with us.
Norma and Percy were a great team and she missed her team mate.
Norma gave the best dinner parties and a glass of Merlot was at the ready
One of our favourite things to do was take a road trip around Niagara never knowing where we would end up. Sometimes we would be at 4 lonely corners and Norma would say “just turn here and turn here” and we would be back on track, of course we had to go and check on the cows and Norma would reminisce of her childhood days on the farm walking to school in the winter, and swimming in the river in the summer, milking the cows before school.
Norma’s life was adventurous and she lived each day to the fullest,
I am honoured to have had her in my life and her circle of friends

What a great photo of such a light hearted couple who loved to have fun together and were fun to be around. I enjoyed a client and friend relationship with Norma and Percy. Their love of life stands as a wonderful example to all who knew them. Now that Norma is reunited with her dance partner Percy let the house band in Heaven play on.

The loving, caring, and giving, person she was, she not only brought happiness to Uncle Percy, family, and friends, but everyone she touched. We were so lucky Uncle Percy brought her into our lives. And, because of her shared wisdom... discovered "acceptance" to be a true necessity in life! God Bless, as she finds eternal peace in Heaven with God and with those she loved and missed. Love to you, Aunt Norma! Diane
