I worked with Janet back when the I.C.U. at West Lincoln was in its infancy. She had graduated from the same nursing school as I, albeit a few years later, so we had an instant connection. We also shared the same sense of humour so working with Janet was always a great experience, both for her skills and the fun we had during quiet times. I've often thought fondly of her throughout subsequent years. I'm sure you will miss her dearly but take comfort in the positive effect she had on so many lives ... a wonderful woman, nurse, and mother.

Janet was our neighbour for almost 10 years. I loved how she would read on her front porch and feed the birds. She was always so kind to our boys, saying hello, and having little conversations with us. The boys loved visiting her place on Halloween and seeing her all dressed up. Janet put up with our noisy pool days, and even said she missed our noise after we moved. Janet will hold a special place in our hearts. We are so sorry for your loss, she was a lovely person.

We're shocked and sadden to hear this news. Our deepest condolences to JJ and all Janet's family. She was a good friend and neighbour. My kid was always welcome in her home back in the days when we were all much younger. She had a great sense of humour and I loved her sarcasm. She also had a big heart. She will be missed.

Our deepest condolences to you JJ. Aunt Janet will be missed very much by so many people.
Janet was so funny, she could sing, she loved playing games and was always there for anyone.
She was always genuinely interested in what people had to say. She always asked how you were doing and listened. Just a great person to talk.
She will be missed but never forgotten.
Love the Zandwyk family♥️
