Helen and family,
Sorry to hear of Jakes' passing. Much time has passed and how the years fly by. Having tea with my Dad this week he talked about and told stories of how Jake and your family were so involved at Calvary. I recall that was a time when your family moved from a house in Campden to the house next door that Jake had a big part in building. Obviously a very talented man, Jake will be missed on so many levels. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this time.

My heart is so heavy with sadness in learning of the loss of Mr. Giesbrecht (and previous losses of David and Jeremy). Although it has been many years since I have seen the Giesbrecht family, my memories are cherished of such an outstanding loving family. (I miss being in touch with all of you), and send you my deepest condolences. Mr. and Mrs. Giesbrecht have always been such a positive role-model for what I believe a "family" was designed to be; so caring and fun and welcoming to everyone. Mr. Giesbrecht's sense of humour and friendliness was fantastic, but I mostly was impressed with his gentle way of loving the Lord and letting that light shine through; something that just came natural to him.
My heart goes out to you incredible Giesbrecht ladies, Mrs. Giesbrecht (Helen), Karalynn, Sandy, Colleen and Kathy.
Sincerely, Judy (Gruntman) Bennett
