Obituary of Gary John Fousert

Fousert, Gary - On Monday January 31^st, 2022, unexpected to us but in God’s perfect timing, our dear Dad and Grandpa, Gary John Fousert at the age of 83 years was taken to glory.

Predeceased by his wife, Joanne VanPagee-Fousert, his daughter, Marlene, and daughter-in-law, Alice Otten-Fousert.

Lovingly remembered by his children, Frank and Joanne Fousert, Irene and Doug VandenBerg and Linda and John Albers; his 24  grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren; His siblings,  Sam and Tinie Fousert, Henk and Henrietta Fousert, Henny and Anton Debruin, (Hans)and Devien Fousert, Lenie and (Kees) VanZuijdam, Jan and Gerrie Fousert, Simone and Hans Wyzenbroek and the VanPagee family.

Gary lived in Vineland for the past 47 years. Owned and operated Gary’s Electric Motor Shop until the year 2000.  He loved his community and recently moved to his coveted Heritage Village where he unfortunately passed away after three weeks residency.

Visitation will be held at Zion Free Reformed Church, 1075 Boyle Rd, Fenwick, on Friday, February 4 from 6-8pm.  All provincial COVID protocols will be in place including the wearing of masks at all times.

Interment at Vineland Cemetery on Saturday, February 5th at 11:00am followed by the memorial service which will take place at the church at 1:00pm.  The memorial service will be livestreamed via Sermon Audio & Zion Free Reformed Church Youtube page.
