Obituary of Peter Harder

Harder, Peter - Passed away peacefully February 9th at Heidehof Home in his 97th year. Predeceased by his grandson Johnathan and his son David. Beloved husband of 69 years to Helen (nee Unrau). Devoted father to Peter, Marianne (Chuck McLean), Carl, and father-in-law to Marlene (Jim Goosen). Cherished Opa to Adam (Lorraine), Stuart (Kelly), Frazer (Shelley), Hilary, Sean (Patti), Meghan (Dan), Joshua (Grace), and Jessica. Proud great grandfather to Grace, Braiden, Claire, Madeline and Charlotte. Also left to mourn his brother Henry Harder. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday February 15th at 10:30 a.m. at St.Catharines United Mennonite Church, 335 Linwell Rd. Visitation at the church at 10 a.m. All COVID-19 protocols will be in place. Interment to follow at Pleasantview Cemetery.
