Downs, George G. - At the Greater Niagara General Hospital on Saturday, September 17, 2016 George Downs of St. Catharines aged 88 years. Dear husband of Lois and Loving father of Carol (Doug) Sidwell and Kevin (Geri) Downs. Grandfather of Bryon, Lori, Rachel and Philip Sidwell and Daniel Downs. Brother of Mabel Orr. The family will receive friends at the Vineland Chapel of the Tallman Funeral Homes, 3277 King St. on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-8:30 p.m. The Funeral Service will be at Scottlea Gospel Chapel, 500 Scott St., St. Catharines on Thursday, September 22, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations may be to Guelph Bible Conference Centre.
