Obituary of Gerhard Enns

Gerhard Enns passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at the age of 94 after spending over two month in the St. Catharines General Hospital, where he was cared for with dignity and respect by the healthcare providers and his family. 

Gerhard is predeceased by his parents (David & Maria Enns), brother (Albert Enns) and grandson (Jesse Klassen). He leaves behind his wife, Mika (nee Wall) of 68 years and four children Erika (Willy) Klassen, Esther Enns, Arthur (Bev) Enns, Rita (Mark) Hildebrand, and nine grandchildren. Maria (Nathan) Epp, Rosilee (Nathan) Sherwood, Suzanne (Brent) Veenstra, Paul (Sara) Enns, Jason (Kathleen) Enns, Steven (Chasity) Enns, Andrew (Emma) Hildebrand, David (Taylor) Hildebrand and Jazlyn (Mitchel) Page. He was blessed with 23 great grandchildren. 

Together as a family we will gather for the interment prior to the funeral service at Grantham Mennonite Brethren Church, 469 Grantham Ave, St. Catharines, with our friends and faith community to grieve and celebrate a life well lived. Please join us. 

Visitation: Sunday, May 1 from 4-5:30 pm and 6:30-8:00 pm at Grantham MB Church. Funeral service: Monday, May 2, 11 a.m. at Grantham MB Church.
