Obituary of Olive Cordelia Parker

Parker, Olive- At Albright Manor with her loving family by her side on Thursday, May 19, 2022, Olive Parker in her 93rd year.  Beloved wife of the late Harvey (2014) Parker and dear mother of Dianne (Jim) Book of Beamsville, Wayne, (Helen) of La Salle, Gloria (Johnny Mantini) ) of Niagara-on-the-Lake and Steve (Ann) of Cambridge. Beloved grandmother of Melissa Gibson (Dennis), Darren Book (Tina) and Jeff (Teri), Heather Lussier (Jason), Kaitlyn, Kerri Ewoniak, (Steve), Tracy Haymes, (Garrett), Jeanette Magurn (Ken) and Juliana Doxey (Andrew).  Sadly missed by 19 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.  Beloved sister of Lloyd Cann of Beamsville. Predeceased by her siblings Carlos, Orville, Wilda & Leona. 

A mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother,sister, aunt and dear friend to many, Olive will always be remembered for her amazing abilities as a seamstress and a quilter. Olive was a two time survivor of cancer serving as an inspiration to anyone that is battling this disease.  She will be missed by so many. 

Funeral service will take place at the Beamsville Church of Christ, 4900 John Street, Beamsville on Tuesday, May 24 at 2 p.m.  . There will be 1 hour of visitation and time with the family prior to the service. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Great Lakes Christian High School would be appreciated by the family. The family wishes to thank the staff of Albright Manor for the kindess and care.
