Deepest condolences to Erine, Shannon and families, Ross and all family members at this sad time of Diane’s passing. We loved that beautiful lady too and miss her very much. I’m sharing a picture of our group that sang together on a trip to sing in Ottawa.
This image was taken the day we met almost sixty years ago. Aunt Di loved to tell me the story of this day, and I asked her often to tell me all about those days together, the days prior, and the days that followed. She was twelve living in Quebec with her Mother Evelyn and Step Father Joe. Aunt Diane's memory was fabulous and her sharing was always filled with detail of history, geography, color, culture, culinary, rituals, spiritual matters and so much more. She was a teacher, mentor, connector, servant, prayer warrior, child of God, and a faithful friend. To Ross, Shannon, Erine, and family, I am so very sorry to know you are so deeply grieving the passing of our precious Diane. Her faithfulness, devotion, and love for her family and friends will continue to inspire us all. Love Kim
