Obituary of Gloria Jean Lamothe
Lamothe, Gloria Jean (November 1955- June 2022)
Gloria went home to heaven on June 22, 2022 after 66 years on this earth. She left surrounded by love, just as she lived.
Beloved daughter to Ralph and Joyce (Dale) Perry, cherished sister to 2 brothers (Stephen, Mark) and 2 sisters (Ruth, Donna), wonderful wife (Jim Lamothe), precious Aunt Glo to 13 nieces and nephews + 5 great nieces and nephews (and counting), dear cousin, and surrogate sister, daughter, mother, grandmother, aunt and beloved friend to countless others. Mother to her beloved daughter.
Predeceased by her best friend Eileen Schmidt.
Gloria lived her life as a testament to her love for God and Jesus, and her greatest belief every moment was that it was her mission to LOVE and serve everybody she met. As a labour and delivery nurse, she brought life into the world, and every day after she was done nursing, she nourished all life around her. From her garden, to her friends and family, to strangers she met on her walks, Gloria helped life bloom. Her request is that in remembering her, that you remember you are loved. The world is darker without her in it, and heaven is brighter with her there.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday July 2, 2022 at 11am at the Beamsville Church of Christ (4900 John Street Beamsville) with visitation for one hour prior to the service.

We would also like to thank all the doctors, nurses, and staff at Juravinski for the excellent care they provided over the years, as well as the support groups, and the wonderful staff at McNally House.
To all friends, acquaintances, and people she interacted with briefly even at checkouts, she has been glad to know and love you. May your lives be blessed.
