Obituary of Katherine Anne Rader

It is with sadness and relief that we announce the passing of Kathy on July 25, 2022, in her 65^th year.

After her long battle with cancer, Kathy is now reunited with her late husband Doug of just two weeks ago.  Loving mother to Melanie Roberts (Ian) and Amanda Martineau (Josh).  Grandma to Oceanna, Amber Lee, Lexis, Chassi, Porsha and Austin.  Dear sister to Rich Krochak (Donna) and predeceased by her parents Jean and Mike Krochak. A special thank you to Nancy and Dayna for all their help and support during these last few challenging weeks.  The family would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to the staff at the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice for all their compassion and amazing assistance during Kathy’s stay.  They truly do make a resident’s last days the best they can be.

In keeping with Kathy’s wishes, cremation has already taken place.  The family would ask that in lieu of flowers, anyone wishing to, would make a donation in Kathy’s name to the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice.

A celebration of life for Doug & Kathy will take place at a later date.
