Obituary of Bernhard Rempel

Bernhard (Ben) Rempel, 96, of Virgil, Ontario, passed away on Nov. 16, 2022 at his home. Ben was born in Manitoba to Bernhard and Elizabeth Rempel on Aug. 14,1926. He worked at General Motors for 34 years.

Ben is survived by his children Peter (Cathy) Rempel, Kathryn Sander and his grandchildren Adam & Scott Rempel and Lee & Erica Sander. He is also survived by two great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Ben is preceded by his beloved wife Mary Ann (2002).

Funeral service will be held at the Vineland Chapel of Tallman Funeral Homes, 3277 King St. Vineland, on Tuesday, November 22 at 11a.m. with visitation one hour prior to the service.

Memorial donations may be made to the Mennonite Central Committee.
