Obituary of Hendrika VandenBerg

Hendrika VandenBerg (nee Hozee)
September 6, 1930 – December 1, 2022

Hendrika (Rita) VandenBerg went to be with her Lord on Thursday, December 1^st.  She passed away peacefully at the age of 92 years.

She is predeceased by her loving and doting husband of 62 years, Reverend Bill VandenBerg (2012).  Mother to Bill (Ruth) VandenBerg of St. Catharines; Corrie (Ed) Hendriks of Surrey, BC; Johanna (Gerry) Koebernick of West Kelowna, BC; and John VandenBerg of Cambridge. Oma to Peter, Alonia, Hank, Jennifer, Tori and Sarah as well as 7 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.

The family would like to give heartfelt thanks to Dr. Woodland and the staff and the United Mennonite Home for their wonderful and compassionate care.  If desired, memorial donations may be made to the United Mennonite Home in Vineland.

A private family service will be held at a future date.
