Obituary of Elma Unrau

Elma Unrau ( March 19, 1930 - Feb. 13, 2023)

Elma Unrau (nee Thiessen) passed away peacefully at the age of 92 on Monday Feb. 13,2023 at the St. Catharines General Hospital with family by her side.

She was a caring & loving mother to Diann Winger (Larry), Shiela MacIntosh (Bud), Peggy Purdy (Rick Sedlezky) & Tim Unrau (d. Lauretta Milligan).

She is survived by a brother Albert Thiessen and a sister-in-law Susan Berg.

She will be missed by her 12 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild along with many nieces and nephews.

Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday March 19 in Tallman's Fireside Room. Meet and greet at 1:30, service begins at 2:00 followed by refreshments until 4 p.m.
