Obituary of Lily Falk

On Wednesday, February 22, 2023, surrounded by her family, Lily ran into the arms of Jesus.

She was born on January 31, 1962, in St. Catharines and was the second of the five Winter girls. Lily married the love of her life, Larry Falk, on January 29, 1983. They were involved in the agricultural industry until selling their family farm in 2013. Her lifelong love of music was made evident through her accompaniment of various choirs, worship teams, and piano teaching. Her passionate love of Christ empowered her to boldly share Jesus with everyone she met.

Predeceased by her mother, Hedy (nee Neufeld), and nephew, Michael Labonte. She will be greatly missed by her husband, Larry, children, Brittany (Christopher) Koop, Craig (Morgan) Falk, Candice (Joshua) Gifford, eight grandchildren, and father, Henry Winter. She will also be mourned and fondly remembered by her sisters, mother- and father-in-law, brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and countless others.

Visitation will be held at Cornerstone Orchard Campus on Hunter Road, Niagara-on-the-Lake, on Monday, February 27, 2023, from 4pm-7pm. Funeral service will be held at the same location on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at 11am. A private family interment service will be held prior to the funeral.
