Back in the day, Ted & Jim worked together quite often on renovations. It's hard to find a nicer person to work with. Jimmy used to stop by often on his motorcycle for a quick visit as well.
He will be missed by anyone who knew him but he leaves behind him many good memories. Our thoughts are with his family & close friends at this time. May your reflections on a life well lived help to sustain you.

Mimi and family, I was so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. Heather just sent me a note on Facebook.
I often think of our Lake Erie summers, they were the best. Dogs breakfast, pickle on a plate, and great joys of laughter. A kid could not ask for more.
Wishing you all the best with very fond memories.

Dear Mimi -
I am so very sorry for your loss. Julie just called to tell me the sad news. I would have wanted to be there to hug you, Shannon, Brett and Heather. Unfortunately I just didn't know.
He was a wonderful man - full of joy and kindness. He certainly made a positive difference in my life. I remember our cottage days, Jim was always with us. When we rode our bicycles to Lake Erie I felt so special to be included and to participate in such an exciting adventure - one of the best of my life up to that point.
Jim was like my favourite Uncle - he mattered to me as a young girl, he made a difference with his laughter.
When I look at his picture I am filled with sadness and joy - sad that such a wonderful man has left us but joy that I was privileged to know him.
Hugs and Kisses
Jodie

Dear Mimi and Family:
Please accept my deepest condolences on your loss of a husband, father and friend. Jim was always so good to me, he always met me with a big hello and a smile when I seen him walking his companions. Jim and Mimi taught me much about the loving relationship in a marriage and about good parenting and the love of our children. I enjoyed many conversations with Jim when he was at the church and my favourite time was when he donated his time to take young and old on his favourite bike, that was such an uplifting and fun experience. He will be sadly missed, he created alot of good memories for many.
God bless you through this time.
