James (Jim) Klemens Paul Hodges

It is with heavy hearts we grieve the passing of Jim on March 16, 2023 at the age of 75. He had been battling Parkinson’s Disease for quite a few years and passed away peacefully at the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Peggy; daughters Dawn (Dan) Godin and Krista Heidekamp. He was also a proud and very loving grandfather to Hailey and Brodie. He will also be deeply missed by his sister, Darlene and 2 brothers, Terry and Randy.

Jim loved being with family and was always up for a gathering. His whole life was about his family and would do anything and everything for them. He  had an interest in a variety of sports and played many over the years such as hockey, baseball and golfing. Spending his whole life in the area, he had many friends in the local community. As a member of the Legion Branch 612, Jim liked to spend time there. As a long time, loyal employee of Weston Bakeries for over 40 years, Jim retired in 2010.

We would like to thank the staff at West Lincoln Memorial Hospital for their care and compassion. Cremation  has taken place. As per Jim’s wishes, his ashes are being scattered and their will be no formal service.
