Obituary of Patricia DeVries

Patricia DeVries (nee Lynes) on May 14th, 2023 in her 81st year was called home by the Lord. She was surrounded by love and with family at her side, at her home at Linhaven in St. Catharines, Ontario. Loving wife to Wendell Devries for 61 years. Loving mom to Wendy (Darren) DeCaire and Greg (Lisa) DeVries. Loving grandma to Kait, Branden (Sherry), Kasey (Joe), Sarah (Mike), Josh, Lauren (Keegan), Zack, and  Bino, Luke and Gavin. Loving great-grandma to Audrey, Elliot, Harper, Payton and Lukas. Loving sister to Marilyn (Lewis) Shedden and Aaron (Nancy) Lynes. Pre-deceased by her parents Ernie and Laura Lynes. Pat was also an aunt, great-aunt, cousin and friend to many. Pat had many foster grandchildren throughout her life that she also loved dearly.

She lived her final 2 years out at Linhaven Long Term Care in St. Catharines, Ontario. We thank the Nurses and PSWs for the exceptional care she received throughout her time there.

Pat will be missed dearly by all.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday May 17th, at 2-4pm and 6-8pm.

Funeral will be held on Thursday May 18th, at 1030am.

Both will be held at Brockview Bible Chapel (326 Pelham Rd, St. Catharines, ON).
