It is with heartbreaking sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother, GG, sister, Aunt and friend.

Mary was a wonderful woman. Who’s light and love will shine on forever.

Predeceased by her loving husband of 44 yr. Rick Mckay (Feb 18 2013) and her parents Rosa and Gerrit Doorten.

She will be forever missed but not forgotten by her children Ricky Mckay, Mandy Beijes (Mike), Nicole McKay, Shawn McKay and Ryan McKay.

Her grandchildren Cody, Kayla (Aaron),Brady, Joann, Austin (Tara), Sydney and her sweet girl Lyric. Proud G.G. To Ashton and a new baby on the way.

Loving sister to Carla McArthur (Bob), Henk Doorten, Judy Welfing (Cliff). Loving Aunt to many nieces and nephews.

The family wishes to send a special thank you to the nurses and staff on 3B oncology ward at St Catharines Hospital for your care, kindness and friendship to our mother.

Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held for family and friends July 8th 1pm at Silverdale Community Centre. 4610 sixteen from St.Ann’s On. (Corner of silverdale rd and Sixteen rd)
