Wegener Family, God's grace and peace be with you in remembrance of your mother, grand and great-grand mother, Jutta. I remember the sparkle in both your parent's eyes as they recounted the story of how they first met. A real romance story, including the suspense of Jutta's mother's struggle with what to tell the burgermeister, as to their "hometown," when Jurgen insisted she needed to lie in order to spare their lives. For all the challenges they lived through, to know faith in Christ was the foundation of their lives is a living testimony of God's ability to provide. Their story of challenge, is unfortunately, being lived out now for others in places of conflict. While we thank God for their influence on our lives, may God also use their story to inspire us to be compassionate toward those in need. Blessings to you, Randy Klaassen.
