Sally became a part of our extended family when she married cousin Bruce. On one of her first visits to our home, she was wearing a pair of spectacular red heels which caught the immediate attention of my two sisters, Melanie and Heather who were just little at the time. Sally removed the shoes, allowed the girls to try them on and walk in them even though their feet were too small to do so properly. Some time after that, a package arrived from Saskatchewan, addressed to my sisters. Sally was finished with her red heels and had sent them on to become a most cherished addition to the dress-up box. It was a kindness that will never be forgotten and was so typical of the warm and thoughtful person who we came to know and love.
We are so very sorry for your loss, Bruce. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
