Obituary of Hans Gerhard Runge

Hans Gerhard Runge born April 17, 1932 in Interburg East Prussia.

He passed away on September 12, 2023 at Hotel Dieu Shave in St Catharines.  He was 91.

He leaves behind his beloved wife Helga (Schulz).  Children, Veronica Runge Han her husband Joong Han and Christa Runge.  Step children Elizabeth Willms (Treflik), Tom and Joe Treflik.   Grandchildren Taylor and Erica Treflik, Kayla Treflik, William Runge, Sofia Han.  Great Grandaughter Alexandria Runge.

He is also survived by his brother Manfred (Tina) Runge & Sister Ruth (Lothar) Regher.

Funeral service will take place on Friday September 15, 2023 at 11am with visitation beginning at 10am at St Catharines United Mennonite Church. (335 Linwell Rd, St. Catharines).  Followed by interment at Victoria lawn Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Mennonite Central Committee.
