Obituary of Beverley Elizabeth Bailey

It is with sadness that we must announce the passing of Beverley Elizabeth Bailey (nee Gay) on Sunday October 8th, at the age of 82. She passed away in her sleep trusting in the saving grace of Jesus Christ. She will continue to live in the hearts of all that knew and loved her. She was married to Walter Stanley Bailey before his passing in 1999.

Beverley taught music at public schools in Burlington for many years and taught children in Sunday School. She was fond of sunny weather, sunflowers, crafts and pussy cats. She spoiled all of her cats but was especially fond of her cat Princess. Bev was also a volunteer dog walker in Burlington before she retired to Anchor Pointe. 

Funeral service will take place on Thursday, October 12, 2023 at 11am at the St Catharines Church of Christ (439 Ontario St, St. Catharines).  Visitation an hour prior beginning at 10am.  Interment to follow at Mountview Gardens cemetery in Stoney Creek (735 Highway #8, Stoney Creek)
