Obituary of Robert Steven Foster

Robert Steven Foster, 58, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 7th, 2023 at Juravinski Hospital in Hamilton. Rob will be sadly missed by his beloved wife of 27 years Leslie Proctor Foster, their two sons Tie and Trent, and his brothers Dave (Joanne) and Wayne (Kathy) as well as several nephews and nieces. He is predeceased by his parents Earl “Toby” and Doris.

Rob was raised in Jordan where he continued to live and work for Vineland Growers Co-op for over 33 years. He was a prolific athlete in many sports, namely fastball and hockey, where he was known by his nickname “Fuzzy”. Rob later coached his sons’ sports teams and was extremely proud of their athletic and academic achievements. He was an avid fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs, Blue Jays, Raptors, and Dallas Cowboys. Rob’s family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the staff at Juravinski for their outstanding care and compassion.

Visitation for Rob is scheduled for Sunday, November 12th, 2023, from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at Tallman Funeral Home in Vineland. A private service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Juravinski Hospital
