Obituary of Jack Dueckman

Jack Dueckman died peacefully at the age of 60, on the morning of April 11th, 2017 at the United Mennonite Home in Vineland, Ontario. Jack was the cherished husband of 32 years to Patti Dueckman and the much-loved son of Hamm and Elsie Dueckman. He will be dearly missed by his three children Emily (Dan Culp), Matthew, and Michelle. He is predeceased by his younger sister, Jane Johnas and will be dearly missed by his younger brother, Jeff Dueckman. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the entire staff at the United Mennonite Home for their loving care at the final stage of his life. The visitation will be held on Friday April 21st from 6-9PM at Southridge Community Church in Vineland (3970 Glendale Ave, Vineland). A celebration of his life will be held at the same location on Saturday April 22nd at 2PM. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make any donations to Parkinson Canada or Camp Crossroads.
