Obituary of Henry Fast

Fast, Henry - Early, on Tuesday, April 9, 2019, Henry F. Fast, went to be with his heavenly father.  He leaves behind his loving wife of 54 years, Margarethe, and two children, Eleanore Schellenberg (Jay) and Hart Fast.  With four children predeceased, three who died as infants and one son, Larry Fast, who passed in 2016.  He also leaves two treasured grandchildren, Alexandria and William Schellenberg.  Henry is survived by his siblings Irene Wall (Eric), Ernst Fast (Liese), Agnes Schellenberg (Eric), Elmer Fast (Marlene), Tina Epp, and Gerhard Krahn (Louise), along with many nieces, nephews and multiple friends.

Henry was a man of faith in God and he blessed many with his positive attitude and kindness.  He asks you to, "Stay strong in faith and truth."

Family will receive friends on Thursday, April 11th at the Scott St. Mennonite Brethren Church, 339 Scott St, St. Catharines, from 2-4 & 6-8p.m.  Funeral Service will be held at the church on Friday, April 12th at 3:00p.m. with interment preceding at Vineland Cemetery at 1:00p.m.
