Obituary of Erwin Herbert Fransen

Fransen Erwin - Passed away peacefully surrounded by family, at LHSC in London Ontario on June 9 2019 at the age of 62, following a long courageous journey with Parkinson's and chronic leukemia.  He will be greatly missed by mother, Martha Fransen, his loving partner Kathy McKeown, sons James and Ryan (Brandi).  Step Father of Greg and Cassandra McKeown. Loving Papa of Trystan, Logan, Kayla, Connor, Doug, Pierce, Aubrey, and siblings Walter, Ted (Esther), Eleanor (Jeff) Parker and Christine Fransen. Predeceased by his father Henry (2008) and brother Edgar (2013). He will also be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

Visitation will be held at Tallman Funeral Home, 3277 King St., Vineland on Friday, June 14th, from 6-8 pm, and one hour prior to the Funeral Service which will be on Saturday, June 15th, at 10:00 am, at St. Catharines United Mennonite Church, 335 Linwell Rd., St. Catharines. Interment at Niagara Lake Shore Cemetery.

If desired, donations may be made to MCC, or research for Parkinson's at www.parkinsonsociety.ca.  Erwin volunteered himself several times over the years in clinical trials to help with the advancement of treatments for Parkinson's.
