What a precious little one she was. So small and trusting. So dear to all of us–her little hands, her little feet, her pretty eyes, her cute little nose. We did not ever hear her sweet voice, but that too will be used to proclaim His faithfulness. She is laid to rest now, but she waits in the glorious hope of the resurrection. Jesus will come again! We love you, Stephanie and Zack!
Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed— in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: “Death is swallowed up in victory.”
“O Death, where is your sting?
O Hades, where is your victory?”

Your precious life has only just begun;
You know love but not its name:
Sounds of tenderness and safety;
You rest in sweet, peaceful tranquility
Your sweet face; your pretty eyes—
You’ve been broken by the Fall
But you’re safe in Jesus’ hands.
Riches and fame elude you
But more in Jesus welcomes—
The same yesterday, today and ever.
It was our honour to keep you awhile
To touch you; to hold you; to know you.
You know love and you know His Name.
Complete in Him; prepared for this.
And that is enough for me.
