Sincere condolences to the Romain and Clifford families.I grew up in Granby with both Sue,Claude and Sally,All great friends.
In our teens, weekends would find our sometimes large group of friends outside the Clifford house on Crescent Street laughing, telling stories, joking and just hanging out.At times a little boisterous but we always felt welcome and safe by Mr.& Mrs Clifford, such wonderful people.
We were all so fortunate.
Memories are forever.
Rest in peace Sue.

Sue continually welcomed me into her home and treated me like I was part of the family . I just walked in the front door without knocking - and she greeted me with a smile. She made time to sit and chat about anything and everything with a cup of tea. We worked on puzzles together around the dining room table. We often laughed as she occasionally searched for her eye glasses... that were usually on the top of her head. Sue made the best dinners , and to this day I still long for her yellow curry. I was often a dinner guest - without notice. She always made enough to serve everyone . She kept the house warm, cozy and inviting. Sue had a great sense of humour with a side of sarcasm and had some quick one liners - which I loved. I will miss her dearly and cherish the memories.

I met Sue and her family when she became our neighbour back in 1984, Sue was one of a kind, to say the least. I am so very sorry for your great loss and the anguish you are going through right now. I hope that the time will come when you will find peace and strength to carry on. Our sincere condolences to you all. R.I.P Sue xx

Sue and the entire family have meant so much to me my entire life. I have had the honour of having a relationship with everyone on in the family. Sue was my mom for a lot of my life. She helped raise me. And I will always be grateful to her. Sue taught me so much. How to be confident how to stand up for yourself. How to love yourself. All things I never felt before having her on my life. Sue! I will love
You always and forever. And you have been a part of who I am today. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I want to offer my deepest sympathy to Sue’s children and grandchildren on Sue’s sudden passing. To Sally my heart aches for you, spending the amount of time I did with you both in Granby I knew how close you were to one another, through thick and thin. I have so many wonderful memories of being with Sue, her wit and sarcasm always made me laugh out loud. Teaching me how to drive shift in the VW Beetle going up Mountain street, the laughter was palpable.
Once you were a friend, always a friend. Sending you all courage and love, my dear friend Sally, please reach out.
