Katharine was a very special person. I first met her when Evan was in grade 2 and Ms. O'Hara organized a turkey dinner which your mom and I helped serve to the class. She was such a giving person! I also remember her pretty hydrangeas in the front of the house at Chaplin Ave. Even through her battle with cancer she just kept on giving and was a delightful person to know.
May you each be comforted by the wonderful memories of your giving wife and mom. My heart aches for each of you as you say good-bye to Katharine. May God bless all the memories you have of her so you hold them dearly in your heart.
