I was a neighbour of the family for many years. Daniel and I had many chats and laughed often. Our talks went around him climbing the step ladder to the top rung to check the eaves for leaves. Don’t tell Doris or Jonathan he’d say. I enjoyed his company and stories always.
Sorry I can’t be with you today but I am thinking of you all.
