William Joseph Roland

October 14, 1943 – January 21, 2024

Joe passed away after suffering a stroke on January 17^th.

He is survived and will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 52 years, Bonnie, his children, Kathleen Boose (Steve), Ken (Rebecca), and Bill. He also leaves behind his grandchildren, Kooper, Lyndsay (Kunal), Austin, Kennedy, Alex, Hannah (Will), and Madison; his sister Donna Bachur (the late Fred), sister-in-law Margaret (the late Victor), a special cousin, Mary Lippert (the late Chris), brothers-in-law Jack Cairns (Marlene) and Dave Cairns (Nancy).

Predeceased by siblings Victor, Murray (the late Linda), and Mary Margaret Paget (the late Peter).

Joe was born to Harold and Bessie Roland and raised on the family farm in North Pelham. He played at farming his entire life and worked at the St.Catharines General Hospital for 30 years.

Visitation at Tallman Funeral Home, 3277 King St. Vineland on Sunday, February 4^th from 2 – 5 PM. Celebration of life will be held at Rockway Presbyterian Church, 2100 Pelham Rd, Lincoln, Ontario, on Monday, February 5^th at 11 AM.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Rockway Presbyterian Church, Heart & Stroke Foundation, or Diabetes Canada.
